UPSPRAY NOZZLE

Up-spray design helps to achieve droplets of optimum size range to maximize cooling of droplets whilst not creating mist droplets – a significant positive as compared to downward spray nozzles.
Spray produced offers lowest resistance to air flow under both counter-flow or cross-flow conditions.
Lower pressure drop through the spray zone means greater airflow and overall improvement in heat transfer, typically of the order of 2C and 5C.
Less likely to block with solid foreign material located at the top of the distribution pipes as compared to nozzles of downward discharging sprayers of comparable size located at the bottom.

Enhanced self cleaning characteristic results from the unique perforated cone design.
Made of thermo plastic material typically ABS it is available with a 2.25 male (coarse) screwed connection.
Adaptors can be provided to attach the sprayers to plastic pipes of thin wall section.
Effectiveness to produce small droplets lasts for approx. 60000 hours of operation (10 years).
Available with inlet diameters of 19 mm (Blue) and 25 mm (Black).
Other inlet diameters available on request.
Ideally suited for aggressive and corrosive waters.
