Cross Flow Spiral Target Nozzles

SPIRAL TARGET NOZZLES
(CROSS FLOW)

Made of inert injection moulded Polypropylene.
Single assembly – no moving parts.
Removable & Replaceable in the floor of the basin.
Provide full coverage to the fill by gravity flow.
Consists of the nozzle body (integral target diffuser) & a snap-on metering orifice (insert) to handle the water flow rate of the cooling tower.
Bottom portion of the nozzle body referred to as the daisy consists of six leaves designed to create an efficient break up of water.
Differentiated in terms of length the spiral target nozzles are available as four different models.

Measures 2.625″ from the bottom of the daisy to the top of the nozzle. Commonly referred to as Short-Stem nozzle.
Available in 9 different Orifice sizes ranging from 3/8″ (coded 030) to 1″ (coded 066).
These small spiral target nozzles are used on Wood, Steel, and Fibre Glass cooling towers where basin support structure does not obstruct the release of water.

Measures 4.875″ from the bottom of the daisy to the top of the nozzle. Commonly referred to as Long-Stem nozzle.
Available in 6 different Orifice sizes : 1/2″, 5/8″, 3/4″, 7/8″, 1″ and 1-1/8″.
Used on large industrial wood and concrete cooling towers and on applications where clooging is concern.

Measures 6.875” from the bottom of the daisy to the top of the nozzle. Commonly referred to as SIGMA nozzle.
Available in four different color-coded orifice sizes.
Used in cooling towers where the release of water has to clear obstructions within the tower structure.

Measures 8.875” from the bottom of the daisy to the top of the nozzles. Commonly referred to as X-LONG nozzle.
Available in four different color-coded orifice sizes.
